 Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday 10am-5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Orders must be picked within 14 days from purchase. Any orders not purchased within this time frame will be cancelled and the you will receive store credit to your account.

  

ALL DELIVERIES

- please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays

- For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail traceable deliveries.

 A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.

Please note we are not responsible for the parcel if the royal mail do not leave a card. It is up the customer to know they have a parcel coming and liaise with their local post office to receive this.

Please ensure all the details you provide are correct for shipping, email and mobile number details so you can be text and emailed. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

£12 EU delivery

£18 USA and rest of the world

We can only deliver to residential addresses via Royal Mail First Class.

Delivery will be made within approx 5 - 7 working days.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redeliver/collection.
