Return Policy

Here at Trussellas Boutique we do not refund on purchases but we will exchange on all purchases within 7 days. On sale items there is no return or exchange.

To return your items for an exchange you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your items. You then must return the items to us within 7 days once you have told us. 

All items must be unworn with tags.

• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
• Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes must be tried on indoors

Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons

Terms of Exchange

We reserve the right to not exchange items, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost,All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost. 

Please make sure all returns are sent tracked and have a returns note inside so we know who it’s from, when it arrives. Please just include a note with your order number, name and email address.
